Real Queen Tiffy is committed to responding promptly to legitimate requests to remove content from our platform. This policy explains who can request a removal, what information we need, and how the review process works.
This policy covers requests to remove or restrict access to content hosted on Real Queen Tiffy, including releases, comments, creator profiles, and other user-submitted material. It applies alongside, and does not replace, our DMCA/Copyright policy, Trust and Safety standards, or Parental Controls guidance.
We will review requests based on the following grounds:
Requests may be submitted by the individual depicted or referenced in the content, a copyright or trademark holder (or their authorized representative), a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a minor, or any member of the public reporting a suspected violation of our standards.
Send your request through our Contact page or by email, and include the following so we can act quickly:
We acknowledge every request within 2 business days. Reports involving suspected harm to a minor or active safety risk are triaged immediately and access is restricted while we investigate. Other requests are reviewed for validity and site policy compliance, typically within 5-10 business days. If we need more information to process your request, we will contact you directly.
Depending on our review, we may remove the content entirely, restrict its visibility pending further review, age-gate or label it, or determine that no policy violation occurred and leave it in place. We will notify the requester of the outcome once the review is complete.
A creator or member affected by a removal decision may appeal by replying to our decision notice with additional context or documentation within 14 days. We will re-review the case and respond with a final decision.
Accounts or creators responsible for repeated violations that lead to removals may face content restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the roster, consistent with our Terms of Use and Trust and Safety standards.
We keep a record of removal requests and their outcomes for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
To submit a removal request, use our Contact page or email us directly. Please do not post personal information or removal requests in public comments.
